Hi, I'm Scott, a Creative Director living in Austin, Texas. I've worked in the design world for the past two decades and have made a career out of taking on interesting and unconventional jobs. After college, my focus was enabling projects in nonprofits, politics and education. Lately, I've been Creative Director at the Hideaway Report, a luxury travel publication. This me looking uncharecteristically cool on a travel photo shoot in the Maasai Mara for my wife, Wynn Myers.
The Hideaway Report enabled me to travel the world and further my skills as both a writer and a manager. I excel at finding ways to give my team constructive feedback, and I am known for always staying calm under pressure. Now I'm looking for a new adventure where I can weave together my skills in content, marketing and design. I enjoy leadership roles, but with my broad entrepreneurial skillset I can also be the Swiss army knife on a startup team.
I'm particularly interested in the travel industry and wildlife conservation. Most of my free time is spent exploring the Texas Hill Country and Instagramming about the native wildlife in my backyard.
