Hideaway Report

I'm the former Creative Director at the Hideaway Report, a luxury travel publication. There I managed a team of designers who were responsible for the creation of all editorial and marketing content for the company. In my seven years of working there, I acquired a deep knowledge of the travel industry and oversaw a major rebranding from the company's previous name, Andrew Harper. Recently, I managed a complete redesign of the website, which included the following work by Handsome, our UX agency. You can see more examples of my work at the Hideaway Report on my Content Campaigns and Membership Campaigns pages.

UX + FRONT END

As part of the website redesign project I also helped develop the new paywall and personally coded hundreds of HTML + CSS templates. Here are a few more page samples from the project. On the following Utah article, it’s worth noting that I wrote the article in addition to performing my usual digital art direction duties.

PRINT EDITORIAL + MARKETING

The Hideaway Report has a loyal print readership of the monthly newsletter and bi-monthly hotel guidebooks. I art directed our print design team in the creation of all of our print materials and also helped to renegotiate contracts with our printing company.
